Throughout this process, compliance with environmental regulations is continuously monitored: compliance analyses are conducted, permit and licence applications are prepared, and legal changes are closely followed to establish preventive compliance programmes that guard against potential administrative sanctions. To keep the process on track, the necessary meetings with the public institutions and authorities involved at each permit stage are conducted with diligence, and institutional communication is managed properly.
